I occasionally borrow a petticoat from a friend which sounds a bit like yours, Traumata. This one is pink and I wear it with an ancient studded leather bodice and seventies platform boots. I love this look! I also have a small collection of vintage slips which I inherited from my MIL. They are things of beauty ... I never wear 'em .... just get 'em out and look at 'em. | |

I'm reviving this thread rather than starting a new one... Mistress wants me to get a petticoat - something that is as full and layered as possible. Ideally, she'd like me to be able to buy it in person instead of just ordering online. Does anyone have any specific recommendations of places to try? In/near Berkshire would be perfect. If not, maybe any recommended vintage fashion fairs close by? sissy | |

I wear a slip/petticoat unless the skirt or dress I'm wearing has one built in. for comfort reasons really, it stops the skirt wrapping itself round my legs! | |
