It is about children who are branded witches in africa and then abused or murdered. Ten minutes in and I'm nearly sobbing as well as shaking with anger.

It is a Sad fact that in Africa, India and other asian communities. Is very much alive for the better or the worst! "but, is still a force". Opportunity appears! In the blink of an eye it has gone! Live for the moment; "it will never come again" |

I'm deliberately not watching this as I came across something similar in India. |

The charity workers are clearly better people than me, I would have been battering people by now. Never underestimate the stupidity of other people. |

I watched it and sobbed like a baby. The bit where the mother took her 2 girls (one aged 5, one was a few months old) back to the village to see if the villagers would accept them was heartbreaking; the fear in the 5yr old's face after the men in the village threatened her with a machete and said they'd kill her if she even spent one night there... oh god, it was gut-wrenching. I spent a long time in my little 'un's room afterwards just watching her sleep and appreciating how lucky we both are. ------------------------------------------ |
