Had a wonderful meal last night with my Master...the nicest one we have had in a long time
I had mussels in a rich, creamy white wine sauce while Master had a warm lamb salad, Then I enjoyed lamb cooked in its own juices covered by tin foil which meant that when it reached our table and i had removed the foil the lamb literally fell to pieces on my fork..heaven. Master ordered sea bass on a bed of risotto and he said it was the best he has tasted. Of course i just had to finish off with a dessert and although i was spoilt for choice i eventually decided on the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and it was sooo yummy and light and sticky...ooohhh could eat it again right now. Master didnt have dessert but he said that the coffee was fresh and lovely and the hand made chocolate was a nice touch.
Of course when we arrived back at my place we were both truly stuffed so we curled up on the sofa with a glass of sherry each and i almost fell asleep resting against Masters tummy...what a wonderful feeling, i was warm, full up and safely wrapped up in Masters arms...bliss.
Not sure whats happening tomorrow...we wanted to go to a farmers market up in the Lake District but i thought it wasnt on till next week so we have arranged to go shopping in Leeds instead but ive just checked and the markets actually on tomorrow so ive sent Master a text and will leave it up to him to decide what we should do.
Right, Im now gonna make myself an ovaltine and settle down with a book for a while before bedtime. bye for now, x

Never been to Leeds before and been told its great for shopin gso if we dont get there tomorrow we will go before Christmas for certain. Where my Master goes, i will follow, tho we will do so hand in hand. |
