You are looking for two very different skill sets here. I know quite a few reasonably competent leather workers in vanilla life. Some of them would even have the tailoring skills to make a skirt. But making a leather corset is going to require leather working and corset making skills. Good luck finding someone and I DO hope they make themselves known to the rest of us. .
ETA: You may be better off asking for someone with the required tailoring skills and experience of working in fine leather. Which is a very different beast from standard leatherwork involving thicker hides. It has much more fabric like qualities. One of God's own prototypes, a high powered mutant of some kind, never considered for mass production. Too weird to live, too rare to die.

Go to my network and find Dirty Fooker, he made me some lovely leather goodies for my birthday. The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire. ~Ferdinand Foch

Type to Quality_Control_Ltd, on this site....or to Ladyred.
If they can't do it, they might know someone who can. Edited 5 Nov 08, 9:09 PM by xxx_adeena_xxx

To be honest the main skill is going to be the tailoring and corsetry over the leather working, fine leather isn't so much difficult as needs a machine suitable for leatherwork and also leatherworking needles, I also use a teflon foot. Any leather corset needs a coutil lining as leather stretches with heat and moisture and won't fit within a couple of wearings if it doesn't have a strong base.
Of course this is for light weight leather not the chunky stuff, I saw a rather lovely heavy leather corset that had been moulded and rivetted together some time ago Miss Kitty
