Loss of hair and weight-loss fight notwithstanding, my answer would still be: the same briefs as always.

When in the future I finally establish control over my belly enough to cross-dress without crippling self-consciousness, I'll be wearing the same utterly un-erotic pants, for this reason: they're invisible.

No-one is going to see under my skirt, let alone get into my pants, therefore my pants are my own business.

I'd love it if my genitals could transform themselves on command, the better to allow silky lingerie; but short of a sex-change (which I do not contemplate) comfortable smalls will do

Oooh me too. I wanna be one of those girls in hentai who grows a cock when she feels like it.

I supose then I am a semi cross dresser.

If you are a semi cross dresser and the semi bit is below the waist then I'd say you should be wearing womens knickers

If you're the one giving out those mixed messages, and it offends because e.g I shook your hand instead of kissing your cheek, then don't blame me.

Many women would prefer the handshake, and what's so wrong with giving a man a kiss on the cheek anyway, it's not going to make you gay you know. - Saw 2 guys walking hand in hand, arms linked, in Town some while ago and I thought 'isn't that nice' I'm always seeing women doing this, some obviously gay some not, I think we men deserve our equal rights to expression.

No-body perfect, we all make mistakes, if you think your perfect you make the biggest mistake of all, if your afraid to make mistakes, than it's guaranteed thats what you'll make.

To Twisted kitty

and why not - I have worn stockings and supenders in the past - usually without knickers though. The problem with wearing stocking is I have to shave my leags and once you start this you have to keep on shaving.

Transgender does not mean swapping from one sex to the other.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender

It's a general term for people who don't fit into the binary gender system.

I am transgendered

my bad - I meant transsexual -- although I generally prefer pangender for people who don't fit into either gender system as that's more descriptive and feels like a better prefix.
