Someone I work with once said I was a bit weird in drinking green tea, when in fact it is the most popular tea in the world, in fact possibly the most popular drink after water. Not sure about it having any radical effects on health in a sort of doctors orders way, though you dont see so many obese chinamen do you! For the record I prefer white tea, which is meant to be the healthiest of them all as it is picked when the plant has just come to bud. Green tea, white tea, and black tea are all the same plant just treated in different ways. |
