Today I've put on the last of the nicotine patches I've worn for the last 10 weeks

Over that period I would have spent over £900 on cigarettes, smoked over 4,000 of them.

There have been times (including the usual "cigarette afterwards") I've missed one, but on the whole I haven't. People smoking around me don't worry me (I haven't turned into one of those annoying anti smokers)

Now "all" I have to do is to lose some of the weight I've put on over the last 10 weeks

Hmmmm. I've had to buy some new trousers & belts (and a few shirts I wear with a tie as I can't do them up at the neck now). Only gal rosa actually knows how much I've put on my waist in the last few months (and if she values her hide her lips remain sealed) ^Thunder^

Thanks , actually gal rosa needs more praise - she went cold turkey whereas I was on patches (though she didn't smoke the number I did) Yep out of my savings I've bought a violet wand, a new leather coat, a cage and a leather centurion breastplate (and out of HER savings gal rosa is having a corset made) ^Thunder^
