In the comedy Only Fools and Horses, Del Boy makes reference to a Monkey and a Pony as a slang term for money. Does anyone know how much a Monkey and Pony is in money terms.
Thank you.

It seems to depend what area you're in as to what the slang term is!

In the english language:
Pony is £25
Monkey is £500
Looking in the The Oxford English Dictionary, an alternative definition for Monkey in the US is $500
