God its easier to think up fun and interesting new ways to punish a naughty sub than to do this uni work. As much as i love constitutional law i hate having to put together an argument for it, and all things considered i have the easy side of the argument. I just have to deffend the house of lords right to block the implementation of the 42 days detention with out charge of terror suspects.
