Have some faith...

If you see George Michael in your living room, you've either been watching Eli Stone or you've got a brain aneurysm. Sorry. On the up side, you'll get some ace visions before you die.

As part of my floozy-licious t.v habit, I've been welcoming both Johnny Lee Miller and George Michael back into my life. Mmm that's man-on-man action I'd pay good money to see! And back in the real world, it's triggered a wave of nostalgia and you-tubing.

Say what you like about George and his toilet habits but this song hits all the right notes. Choir - check, up-lifting lyrics - check, soaring instrumentals - check mate! I'm sure some pop music boffin will say it represented his breaking free of his Wham! roots and becoming his own man or suchlike.

Frankly, I don't give a damn about the man, his drama, his life. I'm not a fan-girl, my music is about each perfect song, the singer is just a delivery vehicle. All I care about is prancing about my bedroom HUGE headphones on, doing the diva dervish on Saturday morning.

Yep, I am with you on that.
Beautiful, beautiful get up and bop.
I loved this when it hit all those years ago. Just so uplifting and utterly romantic. The lyrics hold something very important to me. It's not the full cut, just a loop repeated, but I guess it was long before YouTube appeared.
