Ok so finaly seen the specialist about by knee, only 9 years or so since i origonaly hurt it. Now for the past 9 years i had thought i had damadged my MCL ligament. Which if any one has done will know it hurts.
Well after 15 min of being poked and prodded in my knee and having my leg pulled every which way and wanting to cry. The specialist sat me down and told me your MCL is fine and thats not damadged. Which initialy gave me a nice sense of relife. Only for him to pause and say infact you have torn the cartaidge in your knee instead. 
So instead of facing some odd excersises every day for a long time, i know have to go see a surgon to evaluate the surgical options in repairing my knee
