The gentle sounds of the farm yard? (7)

I am surrounded by farmland, and have images of local farmers tending to their herds and flocks, cheerily whistling as they take mouthfulls of hot tea from their flasks and get old Daisy the cow ready for milking.

Ruddy cheeked and wearing jumpers full of holes, signing traditional folk songs as they set about their buisness.

The big eared farm boys collect eggs from the chicken coop and take swigs from cider bottles...well scrap that...

Seems farm life has more of an 'Edge' to it than that.

Judging by the Heavy Metal Farmer.

I will never look at them in the same way again.

Farmer Ben, who knew he had it in him?

He visits my daughter's school and looks just like a hymn singer.

Is always the quiet ones huh?

If you are willing to look at another person's behaviour towards you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than as a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time, cease to react to them

I found the clip after tinkering around on youtube!

I have sent it on to a few people who will love it. I know a couple of farmers wives who will smile at that.
