Woke up, felt like absolute crap... had a total pity party, vented and said all the things I'd not said that I sooo needed to... and when the sniffles dried up surprise suprise, I'm on the mend properly at last! I feel tons better, still have a scratchy throat but it's better than clogged up and sore like the past few days.

Amazing really. Feel like you haven't a voice, guess where it hurts? Same place as a silent scream when there's someone in the next room. Same as all the dreams of trying to scream with no voice.

So, if you have a ghastly sore throat? Figure out what you're not saying and speak the heck up. ~smiles softly~

So anyway to those wondering if I'm gone or not... I'm off right now! To do 10 hours a day of meditation, eat little, rise at 4am, no touch/eye contact/sexuality no speaking... what fun ho?

Fascinating, non? Some say I'm a nutjack (well, I am, but never mind that lol) but it is the right place, right time, just what I'll get from this I'm not entirely certain, but I do know it's right for me to do this now.

Back on the 19th folks, totally OUT OF CONTACT until then (no phone/pc/writing/reading etc) so if it's urgent contact Luisa or Rachel... meanwhile byeee!

No eating after midday? I would be right up shit creak without food, in fact rule 1, refraining to kill any being would be well forgotten.
Good luck on your journey, I shall now where as before not have but think of you for several hours a day after midday whilst tucking into food glorius food,

Enjoy! if that is the right words for it.
Know a few who have done this in the past and claimed it to be one of the hardest yet more rewarding experiences of thier lives.
Abstinence doesn't equal safe play.... knowledge does.

Sounds wonderful. Can you smoke?
Silly question maybe but I am not about to give up. Finding retreat centres that permit smoking is almost impossible.

I think I'd prefer being locked in a room and getting daily beatings, but that's me. You go enjoy yourself, or not enjoy yourself or whatever it is you are meant to do to yourself over those 10 days. Although how you are supposed to go through each day without distracting anyone while on a vegetarian diet is anyone's guess.
