The title of this blog says it all. The same old pain the same old no sleep. I so need to play as well. Ok now what else. I have been ripped off on ebay by a person whom I will not name but I wanted some foam for a spanking bench so I can cover it in some very lovely Cherry Red Leather now I have to buy it local at three times the cost cant say I am pleased but what can I do I have reported it to ebay but was told I have to wait till the 12th before I am allowed to make a claim.
What with pain, no sleep and being ripped off I am not a very happy hector -(

Seems to be happening a lot on both accounts. If you paid by paypal you should be able to get your money back.
As for the pain and sleep, valerian tincture can help with sleep if not the pain. I can tell you how to make it?
