I'm the first to admit I know little about this but a question has occured to me. Are members with full face pics, particuarly the ones who enter in full and frank discussions about the activities they get up to, setting themselves up for prosecution by the authorities?
I ask this given the current series of what appear to be malicious 'outings' |

... and exposure in the media, ridicule from workmates etc etc? I'm constantly striving to overcome my agoraphobic hermits syndrome. I'm slowly having success.

I was outed a few months ago, and took my face pic down and had a minimalist profile for a while after that. Then with the fall out from the outing I thought fuck it and things are back as they were before.
There are different types of outings and ending up in court for something you say or do online is pretty unlikely. |

I ceased caring after an outing years back now i tend to wear my heart on my sleeve.
I remember being called into the area managers office where he had a copy of Marquis magazine and my lady and I were in it.
'What you doing in this' he demanded.
'What you doing buying it Stu' was my riposte...
Sort of settled that one although within a week everyone in my office knew i was a dirty perv (which actually made life more interesting and easier).
My current boss knows what i'm into and finds it amusing and harmless.

I dont have a picture , its an interesting question
If it really doesn,t matter to you if friends family or work find out then go ahead
I was at work once and a colleague typed in " informed consent " she was loooking for something work related to a medical question about consent for operations
She then spent the next half hour trolling through profiles on here and calling me over to have a good look !
I took my picture off immediately because it would effect my work what ever anyone cares to think about be who you want to be etc etc , well you just can't in all circumstances .

Frankly I dont really give a toss Why hide myself or why should others hide?
I dont see the point to be honest!!
My step mother was outed in the earlier 90's for what she did within the BDSM Scene And she wasn't bothered either
Her words to me and I will Always remember them
You my girl are what you make of yourself do not blame others for your own mistakes go through life saying yes this is me and your point is?
We are all adults and consent in what ever we do
so if we put our pitures up its upto us if anything happens
So I dont care

Both myself and my partner removed our face pics as a precaution. The chances of anything happening are slim but you never know, these days, who is snooping and to be honest some of the topics posted about on here would arouse negative comment from those who don't fully understand the context of what is being discusssed.

I used to have lots of pics of myself on here.. I never got outted. After talking to few friends and hearing some stories of people being outted I thought it safer. I think my family would ever understand.

Things may change with the new law having been passed, but I'd be surprised if "unknown couple in non-descript British suburb discusses kinky stuff on the internet in glorious gory detail" would sell papers, even in the current climate. It's those with business who should fear the worst. Cultivate your Inner Whore
