The cage was delivered today by UPS. It's bigger than I had actually envisaged and seems perfect for the "purpose"

Folds flat but wondered where I could hide it when not in use then the penny dropped and it's well hidden.

Not sure now whether to make it comfy with rugs and pillows or put sandpaper on the base

I used to know someone like that, in fact she used to (may still do) keep a cage folded under her bed and when life got on top of her she used to erect it, crawl inside, and sleep in it.
