I want the item to fit a 58cm head (size S) and include the following:-

• black .33mm latex
• leaving the face open (since it will be worn with an israeli-style gas mask)
• the rings are for 20-30 light chains
• the chains are mainly decorative but I'd like the fixtures at the back of the mask to be able to withstand a good pull
• I don't know if this would entail using a heavy rubber thoughout or just at the back?
• ponytail hole at the back of the head (for the sub's own hair)
• at the end we'd like to paint the gas mask and hood with a mixture of rubber cement, acrylic paint and naphtha

To remove biro from latex or rubber is no doubt a tricky affair.

There are bespoke products on the market to treat this, such as D-Limonene.

You could try this or some other suitable solvent that will remove the ink but without affecting the underlying material such as rubber or latex that the biro stain is on.
