i was feeling lazy last night and could not be arsed to cook anything for tea, so a freezer tea it was....

The nice people at Findus (the frozen food people...) compelled me to make a fish finger pie....

It suggested on a radio advert, that all i needed to do, was put some fishy fingers, in an oven proof dish, cover in baked beans and then top with mash potatoes and cheese.. Then bake in the oven...

I suggested the idea to my daughter and she thought it sounded lovely...

So i made it... She did not like , although my lil penguin ate it all up.. must have been the fish!!!

*criesssssssssssss now angeldustx is being horrible to me*

Edited to add... i have an degree in Home Ec, so i have no idea what i am doing making this kinda food!!!!

Mmmmm sounds quite nice... Did the fish fingers cook in the baked beans though or did you need to cook them separately??
