Kinkdom2 will take the theme, previously announced, of Angels and Devils, although dress is by no means restricted to theme. Come in street wear please and change in the venue: we've got the whole hotel so we will be able to provide a changing space.
The event will begin at six pm, but we will hold a user-group forum at 5pm. If you have had or wish to have an active part in the development and running of Kinkdom, you are invited to attend. 'Active' means taking some role in the organisation, eg, staff, crew, DM, behind-the-scenes help, performer. We are very keen that Kinkdom does not become a committee-run hotch-potch of diverse interests. We need to keep our strength of purpose, but we also value the input we had to Kinkdom1 and want to maintain or extend this somewhat. Much of the meeting will be about the physical practicalities of this and future venues, licensing, format, marketing and holding onto to the delightful energy of K1.
Given the last minute scramble we are having to prepare this venue, you may also be given a paint brush and pot of paint, you never know!! This is a dedicated and passionate effort not only by our community but by the people from the Accy and friends of theirs to make this venue available in time for us, a touching tribute to the spirit of the kink community they saw at K1.
