You'd be better off posting this on the Birmingham board for local insight.
There's an open space type car park ie gravel surfaced demolition site type thing very close to the BBB but I can't recollect if it has a height restriction at the entrance or not
I'll never regret this, ...although I may rue and lament it

Its the one around the corner just off the Bristol road I think Harry is referring to, its still there and it does have a height restriction bar unfortunately.
On that note it's been far to long since you've been Harry! Head of The Tribe.

Most of the parking in Brum is restricted height, we had real problems with our old defender as it had a full rack on top. You may be better off parking out of town and getting a taxi etc in.
The only place we could park the Defender was at the NIA and then we had to go on the bit where they let the bands tour buses and rigs park, which always depends on the mood of the car park staff. |

Yes I know that one, but there is other parking and not to far away, I've been using this particular car park for nearly four years.
I used it last Sunday to and I don't think the builders of Brum are that quick

It's on Bromsgrove street if anyone is interested and only £2.50 for the day
Edited to add: a friend in a Sprinter went striaght in with no problems so it gives you an idea of the height restriction. Head of The Tribe.

I was thinking of this car park myself, It now only £2.00 for the day and theres usually plenty on room to park.
It might be a bit tight getting through the enterance but I think you will manage.
The BBB is a couple of mins away.
