What community?
Mistress Phoenix and I decided to hold a munch in Camden - a new type of daytime Sunday Munch.
We arranged it - publicised it - people took notice of it and said they would come.
Mistress Phoenix ignored an anonymous email to her telling her the writer was surpised she was associated with me. (as previously had CCK)
Then we received an email from TFL's solicitors who had had drawn to their attention that the Munch logo was based on the LUL roundel which they said was copyrighted. We changed the logo
The Munch happened - well attended and was popular - others said they would go to future ones. Someone mentioned that a knocking post was posted to http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/10/1009/E... which I looked at when I got home.
It was obvious from that post which says "if they are making room for perverts ( see http://www.camdenmunch.co.uk/ ) who have no connection to the area then it's time to find somewhere else to drink" that the person posting it, although mispelling, knew my real name which in fact few people in the lifestyle know and was an attempt by them to discredit the pub for allowing it. Someone who most probably was a member of IC.
Anyway Mistress Phoenix spoke to the Manager of the pub earlier, who were delighted at the increase of their takings on Sunday, and said that at future Munches we would have exclusive use of the marquee in the garden
Then they phoned her back - they had had the article in beerinthegarden.com brought to their attention, felt it bad publicity for them , and said we could only have the Munch there if it wasn't publicised. We won't do that.
As it happens we have a fall back plan and the Camden Munch will continue - more to follow.
There are but 3 people in the frame as possibles for this. Few people know my real name but they do.
Has the wanker who did their best to sabotage the Munch the courage to say "yes it was me"

This is not good, totally not what we need in the scene. 
Have you requested to the site for that post to be removed and any chance their servers could trace the IP number of the person who posted to it?
I wish you well with the new munch as it sounds like it has the potential to be a good event.

it is disturbing to think that someone in the lifestyle could be/is responsible for this. I've never been to a munch (yet) but I think they are a great thing for us all, and that this person would be so needlessly malicious is really horrible

Thanks - I've asked the website twice to remove it as being malicious but so far it hasn't been

Sadly they never do, they just tend to make up more stories to those that think they know them better and usually get away with it. ~shakes head~

Why would anybody do that :/ Just mean and nasty!
Can I suggest looking into having munches at the Purple Turtle, for example? I know there are loads of alternative people going there, and I doubt they'd mind us pervs.

I've never been there! Shame on me, I know - I've always gone to the Dev instead... but now the Dev is dead, I guess I'll have to try the PT for a change... ------
