I feel like a yo-yo. Up & down, Up & down, Up & down, you get the picture.

Am sick of feeling this way. Part of me wants to bang my head against a wall. Or even possibly throw my laptop against the wall.

bang your head before your laptop. Your head is self repairing (probably). And breaking your laptop may make you feel worse.
What is making you glum?
If it's "the scene", everybody gets depressed about that from time to time.

Focus on the positives. We've all seen a happier, more confident you these last few weeks. Wallowing in depression can be self perpetuating, despair begets itself.

The cinemunch, is a work in progress. I was convinced my McQueen to do it on the first wednesday of the month which is next wednesday I will be posting details shortly.

19 mths When I have little low patches I sit and take stock of the good things I had and remember there are a million+ plus people worse off than myself. Always remember that fella. You've got your flat, friends, your sci-fi stuff and loads more than most.
Try and be positive. Wallowing only ever works when you're a pig in shit, not when you're a decent guy feeling a little sorry for himself wallowing in a low mood.

A lot of people are in the same position. I know myself how hard it with work. It mostly seems to be last in the job and first out. So than you end up going from job to job. I know exactly how you feel.

It was more to do with the fact that they told us we were moving offices to a part of Manchester that is not easy to get to.
