I know what you're saying and that is refreshing in this modern world but I'm sure there are things that one does and does not do. Guess I'll just feel my way Do you need a partner generally or can you turn up alone. I sensed my g/f wasn't as keen as I was.

Generally, we only have three rules, Safe, Sane and Consensual. Be polite respectful to all people and don't be afraid to ask. Read people's profiles, if they don't explicitly state that they do not want memos from people that they don't know, then it is usually ok to memo them. If not, they will soon let you know. If someone says no to anything, accept it, No means no. Don't hound/harass people. Just talk to us exactly the same way as you would talk to anyone else. We are just a bunch of people with a shared interest.
Above all, relax, have fun and other than the three rules above, don't take it too seriously.

Munch is an Americanism; it means Meet and Have Lunch. Munches over here are just pre arranged meet ups with people with interests in BDSM. They are usually in vanilla places, with people wearing vanilla clothes. Most of them are in pubs. It is just a group of people having a drink and a chat. Hi PGK, love! I'll do a search for the where and when.
Dictionary link really useful. I had to look up objectification as it wasn't in mr Apple's spell checker for some strange reason.
The links to Allen Jones 'furniture' was interesting, especially as I make unusual furniture myself for a living.
