Of course. Can you say that you know anyone that isn't sensitive and delicate in some manner or another? Like anything that engages one intensley physically and mentally, care should be taken, coversations should be had and limits understood and observed. But as a general rule, if you can talk to, listen to, care about, be honest with and trust your play partner(s) and have a bloody good laugh with them then I'm sure you can figure the rest out!
