because...
- I am developing a good circle of friends in Sweden
- I am becoming more sociable and going out doing things and meeting people
- I am getting better at Swedish and studying hard
- I am continuing to focus on my goals and focussing my energy on these matters
- I am becoming slightly less dependant on others, particularly in regards to my emotional well-being
- I have just had the most open conversation with my mother for many years
- I am trying to make the most of my time here, however long that may last
- I feel able to be supportive and to be a friend to people that matter to me, instead of being so self-absorbed
- I like myself more
- I value myself more and know that i have plenty to offer someone special
