Haven't heard of lipotrim but I did phone a place the other day that does liposuction and tummy tucks (which I really need after 2 ops on my tummy) unfortunately it's out of my price range at the moment...
Hope you manage to lose the weight soon. It's a royal pain in the arse trying to... I lost a stone after having my ovary removed but it's starting to go back on now again Domestically challenged!!

So....lose weight to get pregnant!!! (and then put weight on!!!!) I think i may miss chewing!!! k I've ran out of sick days...so i'm calling in dead

I used to find it easy but then suddenly I balooned and couldn't loose any and gained if I dieted - turned out to be hypothyroidism.
I think the best way is to not go to extremes, weight loss should be slow and steady to keep it off. Finding an activity that is fun as well as active is one key - I did bellydance and it was great, gives a lovely waist too and pelvic floor muscles to die for As for the diet, I cover my veg in bread sauce, or stir fry it in very little oil and add ginger and honey or something, it's just a case of finding nicer ways to do healthy stuff. I never heard of that lippo thingy but you can get pills that expel 1/3rd of all your fat intake from your body called xenical - but be warned they teach you what to eat because they punish you for overdoing the fat!
Good luck and don't give up Miss Kitty

Keep going, don't diet. Just eat less crap food and do more exercise. Personally, I try to eat well during the week and go to the gym and a4 the weekend let go and eat and drink what I want. I have lost 12kg in 6 months doing that. Daniel

I did this diet a few years ago and lost five stone. It stayed off for a few years. But i gained it back because of my bipolar meds and my thyroid became underactive, but i still kept it off for a few years. If you can get the first week out of the way its easier to do. The refeeding is the bit that keeps the weight off, or it all goes back on in one go . If you go on the internet there are now lipotrim programmes at your nearest pharmacy or you can do the diet with councelling with a company called lighter life. Good luck! x
