First of all, apologies for the (grr) frustrated tone of this missive. I've had some DNS problems with my site (which are finally sorted now - yay!) but I've had my profile deleted from UKM (fixed now, I think - fingers crossed) and am having no luck at all getting it listed on Serious Mistresses. The tricksy bit (and I'm going to sound like a total dumbass here) is that I've never been entirely sure what to put in the 'return url' box. I'm presuming that it should be the address to my links page where their logo is displayed - is this right? Anyone else had problems? How long do they typically take to put a listing up? Have also applied to be listed on Max Fisch but am not holding my breath. Yours tersely, L | |

You would have lost your profile on UKM due to some behind the scenes issues but that is all sorted now so just re-register (as I did). Serious Mistresses are usually pretty quick so can't think what might have happened there. The return url will be your url where you have added their banner so that they can check you have reciprocated. I haven't listed on there for ages so I can't remember how long they usually take. I think the ptroblem is at the SM end. They haven't added any sites since the 5th. They usually do them every day. Illness or holiday perhaps? We have had software problems on UKM. I am not sure whether or not you are a member. If you are, it's quite possible that your membership may have ended and you'll have to reapply. Hopefully this will be a painless process aas I do know that the board owner is making sure that the (re) applications are getting processed quickly If you aren't a member and you are trying to get to the classifieds please bear with us.
