Dear Latique For the purposes of BDSM photography Digital is a lot safer and dscrete, in that you can easily print at home! No need to take the pics to the local chemist. I'll keep you posted Kind Regards John GirlzART a very broad-minded, pro-erotic photography service for all in the community. Thanks Fizzy, I'll try to start arranging a suitable date...would a Saturday or a Sunday be better for you ...since you would have some traveling to contend with? Regards John

Hi MistressLuzie It will either be a Saturday or Sunday 11am-4pm and will be help at my large studio in Stockport, just off J27 of the M60 (hence the name of the photoschool www.j27photoschool.com). The fee will be £50 for each person attending and there will be a maximum of 10 students per session, though I can do multiple sessions over a period of weekends if needs be. More than 10 people per session would make it difficult for me to interact with each individual or for each person to get shooting time...even though you can fit 50-60 people in the studio with ease! I want to give a "quality" service, rather than just make money out of you! A man came to my teaching session last Sunday from the north of Cumbria too! Dear LadyJane Although I'd be happy to photograph you alone, I would charge for that and it would cost £100 for a 3hr shoot, as a 1-on-1 experience, thus more than coming to the class and learning how to do it yourself. I can't accept somebody I don't know to model for a classroom session, these sessions are for me to devote my time to the students (who have each paid £50 to be there) not to give my time to the model, who really should only be there to help the students. I hope you can understand my reasoning and are not offended by anything I've tried to say here. I'm very touched that you would like to model for me but in this situation it really wouldn't work to your benefit or mine. Kind Regards John

Dear MS When I market these teaching sessions, I advertise them for people with a digital camera or even just a camera-phone. Though your Sony A100 is great, try not to feel that the camera controls the image...you do!...and this is the basis of much of my teaching. This course will show what you can do in a professional studio BUT will assume you haven't got one at home! The first pictures I took and sold were taken in my own design of home-studio and my "photographic lights" consisted of a lounge reading light, with a clear plastic pudding basin taped over the end to act as a diffuser. Now, you could get up from reading this go down stairs and do this now...take the picture and be "disappointed". I could do this because I understood what I could/could not do with light and the simple manual parameters of my very old fashioned camera. I'm going to teach you how to think like a professional photographer...how to make the simple look super-sexy, how to communicate with the person your photographing. There are enough people on this message board now who've been photographed by me, why not memo them and ask what I'm like in the studio? The basic lens I used for years was a 28-200mm Tamron lens f3.5-4.5. It cost £99 5 years ago an did everything I needed. I'll send you a memo with my phone number, give me a call if you'd like to talk lenses, it's a bit technical for here. Kind Regards John www.girlzart.co.uk

We've had some complaints / requests for clarification about this thread, and whether it counts as commercial spam. The rule of thumb we use is that threads advertising events are ok (since they're reasonably rare and generate feedback, mini-reviews, arrangements to meet up etc), but other kinds of ads aren't ok on the boards (otherwise they'll get flooded with ads for shops, pros, personal ads etc etc over time.) So advertising to do private shoots for clients rather events wouldn't be ok as posts, although anything (legal) can be advertised in the signature at the bottom of otherwise on-topic posts. Thanks, Admin Remember: it's only a website

But on the Events page you specifically say events costing more then the Rubber Ball, £40 this year, may not be advertised. At £50 per person it appears this photo shoot is a bit more expensive than that. Science, the only religion that works even if you don't believe in it.

What it says when you add to the Listings is: "Furthermore, we will not accept ads for commercial events in the Event Dates section which are more expensive than the Skin Two "Rubber Ball" (£38 in 2006.)" So expensive events are ok in the Regular Clubs listings (for example) and on the web boards. Regards, Admin

(You're hijacking a thread too, btw.)
Really? Which ones?
That's not true either: no vendors of "things" need to display the £ as a result of selling "things".
They do if they advertise in their profile. If they don't advertise, then they don't.
So the IC + Pro-Mistresses page says this:
Where does it say that? Admin
