To add to the chorus of bendy blokes, I can manage a stricter reverse-prayer then the photo, and my elbows will touch behind my back. This isn't the result of any training, either specifically or gymnastics/martial arts, just a result of having long arms... Whilst you can train your body to improve your endurance or make certain joints more flexible, I think being able to touch your elbows is largely down to genetics. It's a shoulder-width/arm-length issue. |
