At my school (I mean, the actual one I went to when a kid) there was a stern "senior mistress" (that kind of means Deputy Head) and she always carried elastic bands and a ruler. The elastic bands were handed out to anyone whose hair touched their collar - no loose hair was allowed. The ruler was used for measuring height of heels - no more than 1.5 inches were allowed, so no high heels. And it was also used for measuring skirt length - no more than 3 inches above the knee was allowed, so no short skirts. Cane, slipper and ruler were also used as instruments of punishment, but naturally I was never punished, as I'm a girly swot. | ||

Oh poo I can't come that day or night as I'm 'required' elsewhere. I really hope this goes well, you never know I might be able to make come if it gets enough support to keep going.
