If I were to categorise myself, I'd be goats cheese, roasted tomato and caramelised onion with a hint of garlic n thyme in the pastry and a dash of balsamic vinegar in the onion base - pungent, sweet and an acquired taste.
So what sort of tart are you?

Can I be a tart without pastry? I don't like pastry very much, so I'd be a tortilla espagnole - an omelette with potatoes and onions. Yummm... The state has no business in the bedrooms of the nation - Pierre Trudeau | |

Mature, nay Vintage, Full flavour nutter bastard Cheese (and Chives) and Spring Onion, with extra caramelised red onion, soaked in balsamic vinegar, and a splash of Worcester sauce. Freshly ground black pepper. Drop of tabasco. As a human tart? Rude, relentless, rapacious... "Normal sexual behaviour, that self-defeating paradox." Mississippi Mud Pie Sweet rich pastry and a deeply chocolatey filling. With a roasted edge from the muscovado sugar and a coffee kick that balances the sweetness perfectly. Can be messy and bad for you in large amounts.
