It's a massager, very similar to the Hitachi but the head is shaped and plastic with the heat element in one side, unlike the rubber ball of the Hitachi. Got ours online from Lovehoney. I love mine, and when I tried to describe what makes it good to my husband I said its like feeling you have an orgasm ripped from you whether you want one or not!
