Apologies, I've not managed to read all 5 pages of this thread. But back to the original question ... My main inter-action with the scene has been with Pro-Dommes, generally quite happily for over 15 years. I would do the scene stuff as well, but as a middle aged single submissive male, there really isn't much point. What do I look for in a Pro-Domme ? It is a very personal question, which I am happy to discuss, but don't assume all Pro-Domme clients are like me. Looks, looks, looks. But not necessarily for the obvious reasons, although I do need to find the lady vaguely attractive. My sessions fit into 2 categories. The first type you could almost describe as a wank. I know exactly the scenario I would like to play, and is generally easily satisfied. The second type is the spark, the connection. I suspect scene players achieve this far more often. I have only managed it twice with a Pro-Domme, and then became very loyal to them. I look at their pictures on their web site. Quality pictures, in outfits I like. Standard Dom Promotions web sites are a definite no. It doesn't need to be fancy, but I need to get a feel for the lady, and feel they have made an effort. I am a big fan of IC listed Pro-Dommes because it can mean they are genuinely interested in the scene rather than just doing it for the money. I like to get the feel that they are interested in whether I enjoy the session, rather than being heartless cruel uber-bitches. It is very difficult to achieve with a Pro-Domme but I am looking for mutually enjoyable kinky play, head-space, psychological. For that to work, it needs to be real on the Pro-Dommes part, not an act. I will quite happily go into more detail, but this post will get very long. Within reason, price & distance don't matter. I would rather go for quality than quantity. |

i don't look at the moment, but when i was it was: Specialities Professionalism of website Info on website (eg. statements on well being and safety, growing relationships over many sessions...)
