your so right Jahc99. Im finding I feel Dom or sub depending on whom Im with, some (not many saddly) I naturally feel sub with and theres no way I could Domme them or that they'd want me to, and then theres others (funnily enough far more) that I naturally feel more Dominant with, its this area im interested in exploring and like Ki0687 said, having experienced subbing I feel i can empathise with the subs and have a good idea of what 'works' re:Domming. Theres nothing to say subs cant Domme, even our esteemed creator Tanos' slave Lilli (or was it Poppy) ive read has been exploring their Domme side topping..hmmm does that make her a switch? another post needed for that one i think. I suppose though as a pro a switch could be seen as a 'jack of all trades' rather than a 'master of one' and can understand why they may not want to advertise as such even though Im sure a pro switch can be just as competent as a pro Domme or sub.
thanks for all the replies, interesting reading swx

I think it s better to say openly you are a switch, pro I mean, then to live your life as a sub/slave to someone and then advertise your services as a Domme. Life is for living and websites are for annoying people www.mistress-luzie.co.uk

Why? Lifestyle me is switch, pro me isn't, (apart from when May uses me as a bunny for her rope lessons and the likes, and then I am in a tuitor role too). So, whilst I agree it is generally a good thing for switch peeps to be open about it, advertising should reflect the services available. If someone like me were to advertise as a pro switch it would be misleading, being only available as a dominant in that capacity. People would think the sub or switch side is available professionally, when it isn't. Now go and tell an egg how to suck granny.

Having read the thread there's clear confusion among the entries between Pro Switches and switches. I'd expect that a Pro Switch would experience more multiple-partner events but perhaps put off the less-confident clients. Perhaps a good trade-off? Likewise the non-Pro switch is more likely to have a degree of self-confidence & self-awareness, and will attract similarly confident partners. For myself, I can switch when I feel in control of the situation and the partner, but my submissiveness is an act to give satisfaction to a partner's urge, not a lifestyle choice. I think that would be the most likely situation with a Pro Switch.
