Do we really need to give reasons or justifications for our likes.

Take ice cream.

I like ice cream.

I could say I like ice cream because it is sweet. I like a good number of sweet things, but not all sweet things therefore I don't like ice cream just because it is sweet.

I like ice cream because it is cold. I like cold things but again this isn't sufficient.

Now take kulfi (Indan frozen dessert similar to ice cream). I can't stand the stuff. So despite the fact that it shares many properties of ice cream I can't give you the one reason I like one and not the other.

Similarly any explanation of why Bukkake turns me on will only be partial and the rest has to be down to whatever switch in my head goes off when I see it.

Sheeeesh! I was asking the blokes who commented on the other thread, reasons why they like it. I admitted it was a 'fap thread' There is nothing wrong with asking what about the act turns them on without having to go into psychobabble or turn into a sarcastic wankstain about it.

I'm not picking on your thread, I wasn't being sarcastic, nor was the comment meant to be an attack on the question per-se. Definitely it was not an attack on the questioner. To be honest I'm enjoying seeing this discussed on IC.

I get criticised for being light-hearted about the reasons why someone might like it / do it and then when I respond to this with some serious reasons I get called a toss pot. My argument was that people probably can't pin down why they like a thing, they just do and any reason will always be only a partial explanation.
