I remember many years ago... I saw someone I knew from school days. I went over to say hi...

He was riding a skateboard, he asked if I wanted to try it. I put my foot on it and rolled the board backwards and forwards. I told him I wasn't interested.

At that moment I made a desision that I wasn't up for the pain and injuries it would take to learn to ride that thing. It was one of those moments in time when I sadly realised I was getting old, I was no longer young and foolish.

However...

...Today, I realised I still take risks, I still "fall down" when I try new stuff. I realised, if you try new stuff you will, inevitably "fall down" because we arn't born being good at everything.

We have to fail.

No of course I don't. Im very competetive with myself, so failure is not an option.
