.... Actually I'm not, but I bloody look like it ![]()
My time of the month is due and I am so bloated it's unbelievable. It's actually making me feel quite down, I feel uncomfortable and have no interest in going out.
A friend has suggested that I try water tablets and another has said to try Activia yogurts.. Does anyone use the tablets? Any good? Do they work?
Thanks.

I find that wearing baggy clothes helps. Just think how skinny you will feel again when its gone! To pretend to be happy could only be idiocy - the good lord Morrissey

Lay off the white bread or wheat based products for a week, you'll probably see a difference. It kills me when I have it and I'm fine without. Lots of people have this as an intollerance. Good luck YKIOK, but I reserve the right to chastise you telephathically.

This may sound silly but I find that drinking more water helps.

never tried water tablets..........def keep off the white bread.......... Don't want to suggest anything you might deem drastic, but I'll just throw it in that I found a colonic irrigation worked a treat once!! Amazing what lurks in there And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. - Anais Nin

The yogurts are good and help reduce bloating. I wouldnt advise water tablets though. Valerie
