.... Actually I'm not, but I bloody look like it :-(

My time of the month is due and I am so bloated it's unbelievable. It's actually making me feel quite down, I feel uncomfortable and have no interest in going out.

A friend has suggested that I try water tablets and another has said to try Activia yogurts.. Does anyone use the tablets? Any good? Do they work?

Thanks.

I find that wearing baggy clothes helps. Just think how skinny you will feel again when its gone!

Lay off the white bread or wheat based products for a week, you'll probably see a difference. It kills me when I have it and I'm fine without. Lots of people have this as an intollerance. Good luck

This may sound silly but I find that drinking more water helps.

never tried water tablets..........def keep off the white bread.......... Don't want to suggest anything you might deem drastic, but I'll just throw it in that I found a colonic irrigation worked a treat once!! Amazing what lurks in there :)

The yogurts are good and help reduce bloating. I wouldnt advise water tablets though.

Valerie M: Its only a baby needle, you wont know the difference. I am not a one dimensional needle obssessed domme...
