Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die.

Oh lord, that's beautiful. What a lovely way to look at it. Britain, Home of democracy no longer. Say goodbye to all your freedoms one at a time, but remember it's for YOUR safety!!! When will the people wake up to what's happening?

Yes, it is lovely and brings a tear to my eye. Wasn't Mary Elizabeth Frye a talented woman when she wrote that? Thanks for sharing it. Simone x =^_^= SIMONE =^o^=

It's usually thought that Mary Frye wrote it, but its just speculation. Lovelly poem still. I gets me brain medicine from the national health.
