Quite often someone will say to me that they find my experience within BDSM somewhat intimidating, compared to their relative newness etc...
To that I have this to say.
Someone once put experience into perspective for me. He very wisely said - You can have 10 years experience of intrepid exploration or you can just have 1 years experience repeated 10 times.
Quality over quantity as always

Very well said and pertinent to me at the moment. (But i bet you have had more of the intrepid exploring type of experience...)

Don't you find that experience has little to do with it at the end of the day? We can all be very good techinicaly at some kink or the other, but when it all boils down the real experience is the dynamic between the people playing together and how they react etc, as we are all diffrent and it changes everytime the personalaties do, then we start on the learning curve again. I am sure its learning and discovering new things that excite us most, and our own perceptions go a long way to make our own judgements on how experienced we are or not. You shouldn't let peoples preconceptions cloud good judgement about you just because of how much or little experience and if they do the chances are that will cause problems.
