With the change in the laws here, do you think it would be possible for anyone to create a site of a similar style and nature to the kink.com group? I'm not considering it or anything, but it strikes me that the Americans are having all the fun! Its only kinky the first time... | |

The new law punishes the consumer, rather than the provider. The question isn't whether someone could create an English version of kink.com, it's whether someone in England and Wales will be able to legally view kink.com content next year. Edited 24 Jun 08, 3:46 PM by ibugly | |
