Well I have a new physio and apart from the fact that he is Hot (yes he deserved a capital H)he is a complete sadist. Whilst trying to "crack" my thoracic spine he joyfully shouted down to me "bet you think I am a right bastard now? you want to kick me now don't you? but you can't as its my turn to hurt you"
later in same session "I know this really hurts you but its good, yes?"
and more "You are wanting to hurt me again aren't you? This is very painful yes?"
and finally "Did that get easier then? yes? less painful now? well this one won't be!"
Must admit it was slightly made up for by the fact that it was important for me to learn how my muscles should be working. This was demonstrated by having my hands on him whilst he did some of the exercises!!
