today he has had his face operated on ....... to restore his good looks and mend the broken bones in his face .....just waiting to hear how it's gone, but he's doing really well and they are very pleased with his progress ....... he should be able to go home in a couple of days

Brilliant news, I'd like to think all our prayers helped, but I suspect it's more down to his strength and youth and the support of his family. I'm really pleased for him and his mum. Did you tell us what happened to the van driver? Red

well the prayers and crossed fingers didn't do any harm and from my point of view it was worth it
the van driver was fine, not a scratch ..... and it was his fault ..... one of the other lads in the car had a broken arm, one had a couple of cracked ribs, one bashed his face on the back of the front seat, so was bruised, and the other one didn't have a scratch ....... her son was only so bad cos the van hit the door on the front passenger side where he was sat ..... actually they were all bloody lucky Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it 
if you have a problem with something i've said or done ........ feel free to tell DM, .......so he can rip the piss out of you too
