Due to unforeseen circumstances, my situation has changed again. The special friend mentioned in the past, has decided to remain as just that a "friend". The ideas of growing old together etc, have changed.
As a result I am back on the market.
"Great" I hear you all grumble "another male sub, lurking about".
Yes I know that there are a lot of us, but I cannot help my situation.
I am not looking for pity with this blog. After all its better to know the truth than live a lie.
Ok the score may read relationships 0 friendships 1.
But when I first joined IC the scores were relationships 0 friendshps 0. So you see there is a gain.
A valauable lesson has been learned, although I cannot state that maybe similar mistakes won't happen in the future.
To forbid myself from making similar errors, would be to forbid myself from trusting people via the internet. That I feel would be counter productive to say the least.
I also wish to take this opportunity to thank my friend for the time spent, and to point out that this change in my situation is, by no means a slur on that friend either.
She is a genuine Lady, but our lives are at different junctions, hence the situation I find myself in.
So I am here, looking for experiences, to further me on my journey, looking for friendships and, to coin that old cliche "maybe more".
