There is something surprisingly simple to that whole attitude. Something essential and something that applies across both gender and sexuality..
I was fortunate to attend an SM retreat with a young woman who reminded me of that a few years ago. We were talking about what happens when you're in a D/s, M/s: TPE relationship when life's problems come up and there is friction. She has a standard approach "I beat 'em and fuck 'em."
Friction between her slaves? "Beat 'em and fuck 'em".
Bad mood? "Beat 'em and fuck 'em".
Bad behavior? "Determine why it happened, then either get rid of them or beat 'em and fuck 'em."
I was all ready to be disdainful then it occurred to me that she'd had both of these men in her life for more than 3 years at the time and more than 5 years at this writing.
Our paths cross occasionally and I always say "Beat'em and fuck'em" to myself when I see her. It makes me smile.
KISS for SM.

Interestingly one of her boys is from the UK also, the other's from the US. -- The weak are the most treacherous of us all. They come to the strong and drain them. They are bottomless. They are insatiable. They are always parched and always bitter. They are everyone's concern, and like vampires they suck our life's blood. (Bette Davis) | |
