It's a 'relistic depiction' (enhanced photograph) of a naked woman getting some serious injuries (in the name or animal welfare) so falls well into range for getting viewers into trouble.

it's not for sexual arousal though. However stick a thumbnail of a page 3 picture in the corner and it will be illegal

If it's not intended to be sexually arousing why is the model naked and glam? I think if you did a photoshopped version of the picture with the (dang, can't remember what they're called) stabby things removed and went round asking people if the image was sexually arousing then 90 odd percent would say that yes it was mildly arousing.

Oh this can run and run and is probably a good example of how confusing the new law is. It's a naked woman in what I would call, an erotic pose. So, lets assume it is a photo, at what point does this image definatively fall into, or out of scope of the new law?

Well if you read the article the photo is real but the arrows are digitally put in after........ Makes a good point though.....
