Its that time of the month again friends, when we all gather at the Retrobar and take the place over., The Phoenix munch is this coming Saturday, 7th June, and starts at around 1.00 pm, running through until around 5.00 pm. I was there last time 'onest! I just didn't make it down stairs. It was too nice outside drinking and smoking with my friends. I did enjoy saying goodbye to some of you as you left though and had a really good game of pool with arwen_NS before we met up with the kids again, and went back home to all the noise. Don't think I'll be able to make this one though which is a shame, as I'd like to have thanked Exy for all his hard work in keeping the Pheonix Munch going the way it has and to welcome the new organizers in. Also the peeps who ran the munches before him: Angel and crew kept it going for many years, and before that, it was passed on to a Lifestyles Management group by the people who first established the Manchester Community Munch, Tiger Lady and Nerius. They deserve our thanks as well. It's good to see it is still running and some of the faces who have been there since the beginning popping up again from time to time as well as all the newer visitors.
