tounge bar help! (7)

does anyone know if i could have possibly cross threaded my tounge bar ball, i am trying to change it but it keeps just spin, i have tried using kitchen paper for grip but it just wont undo ? and suggestions, not real important i change it but now i cant its annoying me.

i know but the one on the top is just spining no worries didnt think of just undoing the bottom one!

I had a dud one that wouldn't close properly - I made the mistake of wearing it, it came undone and I swallowed it. Tongue healed shup in 30 mins and I had to have it repierced
I'd take the new one back if it wont close properly
*edit* oops I see - you can't get it undone? Go to a piercer and they have pliers

UK, 5 yrs use some latex gloves it will help you to grip it

yea, latex gloves really help. Never had any problems with mine. I have my tongue frenulum done too (the bit that joins the tongue to the bottom of the mouth) and there is no chance that I could get mine out myself! Managed to take a friends out for her once.. but it's in such a tricky location.
