Another and necessarily rather brief visit to the LND munch in Nottingham last night. Was persuaded by clover's memos. Great to meet a few people I remember from January as well as others. (I hope it isn't a breach of protcol / confidentiality to name people who were there; I won't in case it is). The venue is a Goth themed pub and so people get away with wearing all manner of weird and wonderful outfits if the want, though "normal" clothing seemed quite acceptable too. In fact there was obviously some other group in fancy dress in the pub at the same time. Had a very interesting chat with someone who had been through similar marital situation to my own. Oh yay glad yo enjoyed it. Yay I'm persuasive ???? Crazy hehehe! Well I am glad you came along, it was lovely to put a face to the profile and posts and meet you.
It was a fun night, the pub is great, although sometimes difficult to find the bathroom as its disguised behind a bookcase at times.
Glad you enjoyed it. Heres to many more munching

As a similarly grateful follower of Clover's scribbles, I can say I had a most illuminating time at the munch. It was good to meet you and a number of other LND folk. And the scribbler too!
Follow the munchkins and see the world. Or at least talk about it in new and challenging ways.

Oops! All reference to scribbles were supposed to refer only to Clover's prolific memos ... I must have chosen to use that term subconsciously after reading the thread quickly!
I don't think I met the actual scribbles! seeking the ordinary and the extraordinary
