Even though i have just started my new job and i am offically on a 12 week probation period, which today is the start of my 6th week.
I had a letter today, saying i will be giving a payrise, with effect from the 5th May.So i will be getting it back dated.I am a bit surprised about it,as i have only been with the company for six weeks.
It also told me that for me to get a pay reward next years,i will have to do a NVQ leval 3 or equivalent in health and social care. But i have not got an NVQ leval two in anything.
So,yes i am a bit surprised by the letter. It seems the company wants to keep me on a long term basis.

You don't have to do your NVQ 2 to do your NVQ 3 in health.
If your working in the care services you need your NVQ 3 to become a senior carer.
Good luck

Great news .
I did my NVQ3 without ever doing te NVQ2. I would like to do the NVQ4, but can never get on it.
