Good evening, oh beloved members of The Pants on Head Club™.
The time is upon us to extend our collection of Pants on Head™ pictures; Our Great Leader has grown weary of the last batch and is requesting, nay demanding, that we, his underlings, rally the troops and provide him with some much needed merriment.
And what better way to illicit MORE Pants on Head™ pictures from you wonderful people than to set you random, completely pointless, possibly humiliating but hilariously funny challenges!
Each month we will issue you all with a challenge in an attempt to not only make you look like complete and utter fools but also to explore new and exciting ways of pursuing our favourite hobby, wearing our undergarments on our bonces.
The rules are simple and as follows:
1. Anyone who is already a member of the Pants on Head Club™ may submit their offering to appease The God of Pants via this blog.*
2. All submissions must be received no later than 23:00 on 19/05/08
3. Submissions will be judged by the four Pants on Head Club™ Officials and the winner will be announced on 23/05/08 (And yes! Our Lord and Master will be issuing a prize to the winner!)
4. The four Pants on Head Club™ Officials will partake in the challenge just to set the pace but ARE NOT eligible to win the challenge. We just do it for the lulz.
5. You may conceal your identity during the challenge in any way you wish, or alternatively can send facial pictures you do not want shown to our Pantscellor of the Breast-Checker, Crystal, for painful but slightly erotic full facial removal. She is very trustworthy, honest. Her rehabilitation officer says so.
6. Pictures must be taken specifically for the Pants on Head Club ™ Challenge; old pictures that you have loitering around on your PC will not be accepted.
7. Please remember at all times IC's AUP, particularly the following :
a) “…you may not upload or link to pictures of children, or adults who appear to be children, in any context, however innocent the image appear to be.”
b) “…You may not use IC to infringe other people's copyrights. By uploading text, pictures or other content to IC, you assert that you own the copyright, have permission from the copyright owner or the material's copyright is in the public domain…”
c) (From the picture upload page) “…No one other than you in the picture unless they have given their consent.”

So now, ladies, gents, pervs, posers, plebs, numpties and all variations of the aforementioned, is the moment you have all been waiting for…
The first Pants on Head Club™ challenge is simple and we have named it “Public Pants!”. Take your pants out on road, hit the high street, take them for a ramble, then stick them on your head and take a photo!
That's right! We want shots of you with your pants on your head in public! It can be anywhere. It can be in the pub, at your Nan's house, an audience with the Pope, at work, in Tescos, wherever you like but it must be somewhere where you COULD be spotted by others. The most ingenious use of public knicker-wearing wins.
Hop to it! The Pantaloon King is waiting…
